Row far is it to the forks of the road ? 0. if. I've been livin' here nigh on twenty years, and no road ain't forked yit. (Plays as before.) S. Give me some satisfaction, if you please, sir. Where does this road go to ? 0. M. Well, it hain't moved a step since I've been here. (Plays as before.) S. Why don't you cover your house? It leaks. 0. M. 'Cause it's rainin'. S. Then why don't you cover it when it's not raining? 0. M. 'Cause it don't leak. (Plays as before.) S. Why don't you play the second part of that tune ? 0. M.
